How do I log into my account?
If you have not created an account click here to register.
If you have already created a username and password, make
sure you have activated your account by going to your
e-mail and clicking on the "activation link" from your
e-mail inbox.
Once your account has been activated you can log in from
the home page. Click here to access the login panel now.
I can't remember my username or password? How do I find it?
In the login section from the ICONedu homepage click
on "LOGIN". When the login panel expands you will see
a "forgot password" link. Click on it and follow the steps
to reset your password. Once you have completed these steps
an email will be sent to you with a new password and
instructions for logging in.
If you forgot your username and e-mail, contact us at
webmaster@iconedu.com
so we can manually reset your account.
Your new information will be e-mailed to you.
I need to close my account with ICONedu?
If you need to delete your ICONedu account please e-mail
webmaster@iconedu.com.
You must include your username and password for verification
before the account can be deleted.
How do I print old invoices of previous purchases?
A receipt of your purchase is sent to your e-mail after
every class sign up. We suggest you keep a copy of that
e-mail for your records.
What types of payment are accepted?
We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover & American Express.
You can safely enter your entire credit card number via our
gateway payment system, which encrypts all submitted
information.
